Quality Control Plan:

Eagle Eye Security achieves the highest levels of quality control by utilizing effective screening and hiring of staff, thorough training and testing, and by creating a professional environment where our staff want to spend the rest of their careers. All Eagle Eye Security personnel are subject to thorough background checks, drug testing, and also must meet current state requirements for training and licensing.

Supervision:

Eagle Eye Security Management is available to our clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Supervisors make scheduled and unscheduled visits to ensure that our staff provides the highest level of service available in the industry.  We focus on quality control and offer our clients the highest caliber of personnel with the stability derived by very low turnover.

Training Program:

Initial basic training for Eagle Eye Security employees is determined by the location of the assignment and is completed by the employee prior to assignment at the location(s). The course includes classroom instructions on General Orders, Site Specific Post Orders, operational and emergency procedures, use of security equipment, defensive tactics, and interpersonal skills.

Eagle Eye Security provides an ongoing training program for all levels of staff.  We adhere to the stringent training requirements set forth by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and go above and beyond by offering on the job training on a weekly basis to ensure effectiveness.
